A single trading company is set up initially. 2 additional companies can be added as non-trading entities.
CXpro supports 4 trading locations/warehouses. You can also have 2 storage (non-trading) warehouses where you can move stock in and out.
There are 3 set bank accounts – Cash, Cash management and Investment. 3 additional bank accounts can be added for the transfer of funds only. There may be multiple “locations” for banking. Each location is linked to a warehouse.
CXpro allows you to process customer and supplier documents (invoices, credit notes, purchase orders etc) in foreign currencies.
CXpro allows the linking of customers with a head office and one or more branch offices. Pricing can also be set at branch level or default to head office prices. Invoices can be directed to the branch or head office depending on your customers’ needs.
Up to 9 price levels may be set for each product and Customers may be linked to a price level.
There is also provision for price breaks based on volume and “specials” which can be set to automatically operate for a date range.
CXpro will keep control of all your stock with easy to use stock receipts, shipping, stocktake, stock transfer, stock adjustment and stock allocation tools. Restocking is made simple using a replenishment function based on a range of business rules that you set.
CXpro creates and tracks standard, serialised and non-diminishing products (eg a service fee). Additionally, special order products may be easily bought and sold as non-stock items.
Each product may have multiple units of measure (eg each, carton, pallet) for sales, purchasing and warehousing operations.
CXpro Online Store is a fully integrated online shop front for casual buyers, registered buyers, or account customers. All pricing rules and account controls set up in CXpro are consistently applied throughout the Online Store. Customers can also view their account activity, request statements as needed and make payments online.
CXpro standard sales functionality supports cash sales. For more frequent counter sales, CXpro touchPOS provides a powerful point of sale that handles retail sales as well account sales. All pricing rules and account controls set up in CXpro are also consistently applied at the point of sale.
CXpro provides tools to help you (or your accountant) clean up your inventory, pricing, stock on hand and customer/supplier information. There are easy to use wizards to take you through initial set-up and we (or your accountant) then import your data. You’re then ready to start doing business with CXpro.
Users can be removed and added by the Administrator from the Customer Portal with no disruption to your business. There will be changes to your fees so check the CXpro Terms of Use for how this occurs.
CXpro publishes comprehensive online “help” which includes step by step guides for “How to..” type questions. There is also a growing library of videos that guide you through specific functions in CXpro.
CXpro works seamlessly with any barcode you wish to set for your own product. Additionally, the CXpro solution easily handles supplier barcodes, supplier part numbers, and manufacturer part numbers.
Multiple suppliers can be associated with a single product in CXpro. Each supplier can have a different barcode and CXpro will recognise the product when a barcode is scanned.
There is no limit to how many products, customers and suppliers.
There are more than 150 standard reports that come with CXpro. Additionally, the dashboard feature will provide summary information and drill down capabilities for you to keep on top of your business.
Yes you can. Your CXpro provider will assist you with setting up the links to your email domain.
